-When you hire someone, you pick people who are like you. It is important to have people from all walks of life in a business. They will be valuable and have different perspectives. If you hire people who are just like you, will not be able to advance and better your business.

It is a great idea to have new hires come in on a probationary basis. You will be able to really see how they work and be able to cut the hire loose if they don’t fit in with your organization. This period should be a few months or a bit more. Have a detailed agreement drawn up by your company’s lawyer.
