How to get prepared to do postcard marketing | Internet Marketing Help for Small Businesses

Prepare for your Postcard Marketing Campaign

Prior to creating your marketing postcard, do some preparing by asking yourself:

-Why do you want to mail out this postcard? Is it to get new clients? Are you trying to stay in contact with the clients you have now?

-Who will you be sending these cards to? Who is on your mailing list?

-Do you even have a list made up? If you don’t think of neighbors, family, friends, co-workers, and any acquaintances. This should start you off with a nice sized mailing list.

-What you need to do is get their contact information; names and addresses will do. Put all this information into a database so you won’t lose any of it. Sending out cards to people you know works very well because they will be more interested in your product than a complete stranger would. They could even tell their friends and family which will result in increased business for you.
