Many companies still count on brochures to get the message out about their products/services. Even though this kind of marketing has been going on for a while people still have difficulty selling their product with them because they are not interesting or informative.
The brochure is representing your business so it better look great and look professional. More than this, great content can convince people to purchase your product. It also needs to be targeted to the audience you are selling to.
Things you can do to improve your brochures effectiveness are:
-Headlines need to be brief. Keep them under 10 words.
-You headline should get your target audience’s attention. Put the audience in the headline. Father, daughter, moms, etc.
-Don’t too much information in your brochure but don’t put too little.
-Paragraphs should be short.
-Bullets and asterisks offer a good contrast to the regular copy.
-Captions are very useful to grab the readers attention.
-Captions should be in a different font.
-Don’t use the italics and bold too much.
-You shouldn’t use over three fonts.
-In photos, peoples faces should be dime-size or more.
